1. Acceptance

By creating a dawnistic.com account or using any Dawnistic product, you agree to these terms. Dawnistic is operated by Netflyp Sdn Bhd ("we", "us").

2. Your account

One account authenticates all Dawnistic products. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the platform.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use the products to break the law, attack our infrastructure, abuse rate limits, resell access without agreement, or generate content that infringes others' rights. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

4. Payments and credits

Some products operate on credits or subscriptions. Purchased credits are consumed on use and are non-transferable unless stated otherwise. Subscription billing recurs until cancelled. Prices may change with reasonable notice.

5. Availability

Products are provided "as is". We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may modify or discontinue features.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
